From what I can see you have named your complaints but have not stated your symptoms!! e.g. itch, blood with stool , pain on passing stool . Give those and I may be able to come up with what helps me with both those conditions!!

I find that if I cover the cracks (which can be deep) with a waterproof plaster and leave it on for a couple of days - the soreness goes and mine heal up under the plaster.
