well, keep your room clean! Next to the cleaning you could try some zinc pills, I noticed that zinc is very common to stimulate or avoid "common" allergies ;)

try to make a paste with onion and milk... its sooo good for skinproblems like that! Even strech marks are going away!

Hi folks, I got the diagnosis having a HI (histamine intolerance) 3 years ago. It was very hard for me because I could'nt eat certain kind of vegetables and stuff like that. your son should eat a tomato and check out if he get's the same symptoms as he eats prawns or so! If he get's the symptoms you should go to your allergist for histamine intolerance check. Fish, fruits and many vegetables are high in histamine causing by the process of ripen. I know a lot about it be...

well, alcohol are high in histamine and this could be also a reason for feeling sick after a long night. I totally agree with "AlexBuckanan"! I made my expiernce with histamine as well and it really sounds like that. Food which ripens like fruits and vegetables are high in histamine. Also like red wine for example. There are many dietary supplements available, but I'm using Daosin too :) For ...
