Re: Top tips for fun in the sun

My tips are always wear suncream and top it up every few hours when you are in the sun, always wear sunglasses especially when larking around in the pool (the sun reflects off the water) and drink plenty of water. Re: vitamin D and Sun

Re: Sun Cream: When is it important to use it?

In the UK I only tend to apply suncream when it is actually sunny but when abroad I apply it first thing in the morning as I assume it will be sunny at some time. But I always wear sunglasses both home and away.

Re: Sun Cream: SPF or Star Rating?

I always buy factor 30 or 40 for my face but also check it has a good uva rating. For my body I start off with factor 25 or 30 but once I have a reasonable tan I drop to factor 15 or 20.
If I am holidaying near the equator I wear factor 30+ all the time.
