Excema is extremely dry skin. You need to start using mositurizing soaps like dove and excema lotions also try to change your socks during the day. The sweat from you feet can dry you skin out. don't use powders on your foot right now.... Excema itches though not hurt. I don't have it on my feet tho...

You need to encourage to see a skin doctor and immediately. He will have scars for life from scratching and digging at the areas. Point out to him he is far too handsome to accumulate those awful scars. I don't know if he can be cured, but certainly he can be helped by the doctor.
