Hi I use a nice greasy ointment on my face for the dry and red areas, rather than creams even though it's a pain and it takes ages to soak in it works wonders. Mine is called hydromol but tbh it's pretty much Vaseline.... Hope this help also I think protopic is a good idea to avoid red skin syndrome...

Hi I have the same problem with my boyfriend but all I can suggest is and I know it is hard for you too but use her deodorant, use her shower gels, and only things she knows don't causee a flare up I don't think it is possible to be allergic to a specific person so it must be something you are using...
