I use Vallergan for sleeping too and would be lost without them. The only problem I find with them is that I'm then groggy for quite a while in the mornings.

I was started on Cyclosporin nearly 3 years ago and then was changed to Azathioprine. It has helped to calm my eczema down but I'm still having to keep to a strict routine of creaming to keep it under control or it flares up very quickly. I've used this before and it's fantastic. It healed up areas which hadn't responded to creams for months. Within a week or two the patches on my hands were totally gone.
