hi,thanks to everyone for your replies ,I have not been on this website for sometime.
My problems with arthritis are much the same although i have recently been diagnosed
with it in my jaw now.

I made some research for u and I found that Warm Water may works May God help you hi, thanks for that, heat does help while you have your hands either in warm water or near a heat source i noticed that a blower works best eg. a hand drier but unfortunately once you take your hand away the pain is b...

hi,i have had arthritis since i was 21 i am now 57.
in the last two years i have had problems with my
thumbs, as well as being painful to move them the
