i must say, i you are suffering with acne problem, you should avoid oily and spicy food. and your stomach should be clean in the morning, for this you can have papaya in the dinner instead of other food.

You can use home made remedies like honey and lemon pack, alovera, raw milk with glycerin etc.

I love to use home made remedies or treatment for acne. I use aloe Vera daily and also use neem pack. and also wash our face with lemon water.
