Weight loss comes down to simple math. You have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Eat food which doesn't contain fat. Prefer these food items Beans, Eggs and Sausage, Nuts, leafy vegetables, Cruciferous Vegetables, Chilli Pepper, Coconut Oil, Chia Seeds are some of the best foods for weight loss.
