Try mixing emolient oil in his water bath. Also use a mild lotion or moisturizer to retain skin's moisture. Avoid foods that could trigger the eczema attack.

The relapse of eczema is usually caused by skin dryness. Try mixing your water bath with emolient oil . Also apply moisturizer on skin after each bath to keep the skin moisturized. You can also use cream for the itch to subside.

It could be possibly to be secondary to weather conditions or foods that you have eaten if which you are unaware that caused your eczema flare up. Just keep the skin well moisturized.
