Treating guttate psoriasis

I have psoriasis – guttate and currently I have a lot of small to medium spots on my legs – what is the best way to treat as its extremely annoying and I don’t want to use steroid cream. Thank you.

Re: Insomnia

It's so good to hear it's not just me. I'm still no better and it's my family that suffer the most from my irritable moods due to bad/lack of sleep! The things us women have to put up with ;)

Feeling Nauseous - is this a symptom?

I regularly seem to feel nauseous. I'm never actually sick and am wondering if this is a normal menopause symptom or whether it's something I need to have looked into. Does anyone else suffer with this?

Insomnia

Please, please, please can anyone help? I just cannot remember the last time I had a full night's sleep. Is it just me or are there other menopause sufferers experiencing the same thing? I believe this is one of the symptoms that people can have and I'd welcome any suggestions from people as to how ...

Psoriasis

Hello - I have suffered from mild psoriasis for a number of years - and there seems to be no rhyme or reason when it decides to either come or go. Could there be any link between psoriasis and a food intolerance or allergy, as it would be so useful to try and pin it down! Thanks

Re: Relationships and the Menopause

I can really identify with some of the comments regarding relationships. I feel full to brimming with mood swings at times. Also, my relationship with my husband is affected as I get terrible night sweats/hot flushes AND to make it worse I have psoriasis too. At times when my husband wants to be amo...

Hi Doreen - do you come back to the UK at all? Just wondering if it's worth you seeing your/a UK doctor?

Re: Hot Flashes .

I'm really suffering with hot flushes at the moment - I find it really embarrassing. I will try the layered approach - layers I can peel off when I get hot!! Hope this works but if anyone has any other ideas or tips please let me know.
