Every month I get very painful periods. Can be irregular do take the pill . I have fibromyalgia and colitis . Had a ultrasound scan nothing found . on a long waiting list to see gynecologist.

Does anyone else have this problem or have any advice.I get really bad period pain so bad I take ibuprofen and paracetamol together . I had a blood test for my hormones which are normal.
