I have PCOS and Hirsutism. I have to wax my face and end up with large sore spots around my jaw line. I also have black heads and spots on my back and shoulders. I use witch hazel face wash and spot sticks. Is there anything else i can do to help get rid of this.

bladder weakness

i am 34 and have never had children. I have always had a problem with some leakage and i wear a pad everyday. I go to the toilet a few times during the day and at least 2 times during the night. The need to pee can come quite quickly. Would exercises help ir should i be getting checked. Thanks
