Re: Issues with Melatonin lasting too long

Hi Jen, It's a poor sleep pattern. I've never been "officially diagnosed," but I've read a lot about people who don't have a normal circadian rhythm, and I believe I'm one of them. I don't get tired at the same time every night, and I have trouble falling asleep on a regular schedule. I wo...

Re: I need advise...

H iWorried Teenager. I read your post and it really resonated with me. I dealt with strikingly similar issues and feelings as a teenager, and I've been struggling with relapsing ever since. I'd really like to see you go down a different path that I did. If you ever want to talk, please send me a mes...

While I can't say for certain whether or not you actually have an eating disorder, I do think that you are more obsessed with food than you should be, to a somewhat unhealthy extent. Re: Progression of Bi Polar?

I have the same type of bipolar disorder, although I have never heard voices. However, when things get really bad for me, like they did in your situation, my symptoms are exacerbated, and sometimes new ones arise, like physical ticks. I'm interested to see what happened since this started. If you ar...

Issues with Melatonin lasting too long

I've had issues sleeping since I was a small child, and I've had a lot of problems combating it in my adult life. Prescription medications have had extremely adverse and dangerous side effects for me, so they are completely out of the question. Setting up a routine has worked in the past, but I'm no...

Re: Nightmares

This happens to me every so often, and I just can't seem to get the nightmare out of my head. Even if I can stop it from re-playing, the residual negative feelings and emotions are still stuck with me and they're so hard to shake. I've found that the best way to do this is distraction. I try to find...
