Reflux

I suffer from reflux and can't work out what causes it… are there things that particularly set this off do you think and what foods do you think are good to help with this issue?

Look forward to hearing your thoughts, thanks Beth

Constipation in my elderly mother

My elderly mother suffers from constipation and is absolutely convinced she must take lots of prunes or prune juice… I am not sure if this is an old wives tale to take? She doesn’t have a huge appetite – what foods would you recommend that she should be consuming? Sue

steroid cream use

What's the correct amount of time I should be using steroid cream for (Elocon)? My GP said one thing and my dermatologist said another, and I've seen lots of stories online about people becoming addicted to steroid creams and going through withdrawal symptoms. Should I be concerned about Topical St...

Topical steroid withdrawal

Having been on steriods for eczema I have read a lot about topical steroid withdrawal. Is this something that is recognised as something you can get and do you think I should have long term use of topical steroids for atopic dermatitis and eczema? I cut out topical steroids in Jan 2019 and Protopic...
