Bedtime not working

I have a 2yr old who was good at bedtime until last week. Now he's not wanting to lie down and go to sleep, just saying "no" and "I don't want to" and if we leave him he cries hard. Just last week he'd let us leave after milk & stories and he'd settle himself down. No changes in routine, no major c...

waking multiple times

We have a 4 year old boy who is having serious issues with sleep and it's affecting us badly as you can imagine. He slept so well from the age of 1 to 3.5, and after that started waking in the night multiple times and for hours at a time. The other night he slept at about 8, then woke up shouting f...

Not sleeping well in cot anymore

My one year old daughter used to sleep well in her cot but for the past 3 weeks or so she just won't settle in her cot at all! As soon as she gets in she sits up crying out, it's affected both her day time nap and night time sleep, which has then obviously had a knock on to our sleep. What can we d...

Passing water

I need to pass water four times or so a night, which interrupts my sleep and, more irritatingly, that of my wife. What can I do about it?

Support underwear

Hi, I have chronic epididimitus c/w neuropathy causing a lot of testicular pain. During a recent appointment my consultant suggested more supportive and tighter fitting underwear. I thought all I had to do was search online for a pair of suitable boxers. Having bought some recently they all tend to...

Very itchy testicles

Hi there. For some time now my testicles have been very very itchy. I read online that if you have itchy genitals that it could be a sign of pancreatic cancer. I'm worried that I may have it. I was also diagnosed with bladder in 1996 and I have regular cyststopcopies to check if it is coming back. ...

Hyperthyroid/Vitilgo connection?

I've have hyperthyroidism for several years and have just started developing some white symmetrical white patches on my feet. The GP confirmed it was generalised vitiligo. I was wondering why at age 26 has this suddenly started and if hyperthyroidism has anything to do with it?

Sensitive bladder

I have such an extremely sensitive bladder, that everything I eat or drink seems to affect it instantly and makes it sore. I do not drink tea or coffee or other things except water or milk for this reason. Eating fruit affects it badly because of the acid in fruit. I find if it gets inflamed, that ...
