Thanks for the reply but I am on a low carb diet as it is the best diet to help reverse my insulin resistance and its helping. So pasta ,bread, starchy veg are all no no's. I believe my constipation is due to the lack of carbs and increased fat in the diet not a lot in my gut to absorb fluids no mat...

I dont want pills off the Dr
I don't want to go to the Dr again about sleep problems as he just offers sleeping tablets. I have tried everything to improve my sleep short of moving to a separate room. I have replaced the mattress twice! I have swapped my night time reading to a paperback.I have turned the heating off overnight....

Hi, we are meant to get a minimum of 4, 90mins rounds of deep sleep a night so that the brain can do it's "claning" but I'm lucky if I get 1 deep sleep of 90 mins usually it less than an hour and a total per night of maybe 4 - 5 hours on a good night but that is total ie made up of shorter...
