Thank you for your question. Reduced strength in erections as we age could be due to levels of testosterone, low blood flow to the penis or a problem with the nerves that control erections. Thank you for your question. There is one Australian study suggesting that regular ejaculation may reduce prostate cancer risk by reducing inflammation.It is not part of standard recommendations though at present.
