Hi. Yes I agree with Dr Hafiji. I also haven’t seen a mole that can affect the nerves around the eye. Hi. Yes as Dr Hafiji says moles can recur particular if the roots or edges aren’t completely removed. This is more likely when they are excised by shave rather than by deeper elliptical excision

He might have a condition called seborrheic dermatitis. This is a dry skin condition. It is not significantly linked to diet. try washing the beard daily with ketoconazole shampoo over the counter at pharmacies for 2 weeks and if there is no improvment see your gp as you may need a stronger cream

Possibilities of diagnosis include an intertrigo rash or fungal infection. Keep the area well lubricated with a moisturiser to protect the skin barrier from friction and if this doesnt help please see your GP

when all else fails try glycerol with rose water - this is one of the least irritating perparations. If all else fails see a specialist as you may have a dry skin condition that needs medical treatment

You might benefit from a topical steroid followed by a calcineurin inhibitor like topical tacrolimus or pimecrolimus- your GP or dermatologist can advise
