it can be normal but i would suggest that you go and see a health care professional to check that it is all ok and ensure that you are up to date with any swabs for infections, cervical screening.

it can get more painful to have cervical screening as the walls for the vagina can get thinner after the menopause. i would suggest booking an appointment with the other nurse to talk about your concerns, sometimes you can use hormone creams or pessaries for a few weeks before the cervical screening...

this can be normal and a hormonal intra uterine system such as the mirena is a good treatment for long and heavy periods. yes , as there was no HPV the guidelines are to wait for the next screening so it is safe to wait

I would suggest seeing your GP for an examination to see if the vagina is dry ( which is common after the menopause ) or if you have a prolapse.

the IUD should not have an impact on weight. you could discuss this with your practice nurse and talk about diet and maybe referral to a dietian to help with a weight loss plan

your Gp is correct they are not harmful and generally do not need any treatment, they will not cause an issue in the future with getting pregnant. if you are still concerned you could make another appointment with your GP to talk it through

i would suggest that you go and see your GP or practice nurse and discuss this with them. you can be referred to see a psychosexual counsellor who would be able to help you.

I would suggest that you ask your GP or practice nurse to refer you to the gynaecology or colposcopy department where they will have the equipment needed.
