My personal opinion, Dermalmd blemish serum is one of the best acne serum out there. Works great for me, no complaints other than fading on material if you get it on something. But the product does its job and works great!

My little boy had the worst eczema on his little hands and on his elbows, and foderma serum (with a lot of prayer to the good Lord), practically healed him overnight! It makes us very, very happy to see him feeling so much better!
