Eczema treatment for vitiligo?
My husband has severe vitiligo and is Asian so it shows up a lot. He was told by his GP that nothing can be done but I’ve read that some eczema treatments can help. Is this an option for some? Are there any treatments available?

How to successfully diagnose IBS
I’d like to know if a colonoscopy and endoscopy are vital to diagnose IBS?
My doctor said it wasn’t necessary but I met a gastroenterologist who said he would only diagnose once these procedures had been done. I didn’t go for them and wonder if I should have.

Thank you both for your replies. Im currently one month in to trying fluoxetine 0.5ml But didn’t notice much difference. Maybe a little. Interesting that venlafaxine was suggested rather than fluoxetine. If after another month or two I haven’t noticed much has changed I will be asking my GP about sh...
