I don't think there is any specific time to consult with the doctor ., the time you feel low or stressed. the way you are not able to find any solution, then it's a time to discuss. But why to give time to get it worse. "Mental health is important than anything" so take it seriously.

You need to schedule your sleeping hours to get quality sleep. I know it is difficult when someone from family has some health problem. Sleep paralysis occurs when someone has Sleep apnea problem, you need to consult with a clinical psychologist that can help your son to improve sleeping habits to get rid of this problem.

You are right, millions of people are suffering from anxiety disorder and many of them not even know that they are suffering from it. However, I think hypnotherapy and hypnosis are really effective to decrease the level of anxiety by reducing emotional distress.

Irregular work shifts and workload may affect your normal sleeping schedule. Avoid the places that are too noisy this may increase your problem. Hypnotherapy is the better way to recover your normal sleeping schedule.
