Hi allen,
If you are adult you should take a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight according to The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA).

I agree with you sabinelewis, however, I have to add some issues eating lots of green vegetables and fresh fruits, sleep at least 8 hours daily and do some light or intense aerobic exercises.sabinelewis wrote:sabinelewis
