Anti anxiety medication for eczema?

I just wondered if people have had any luck using anti-anxiety medication to reduce eczema? I know mine is worsened by stress and I do have quite high levels of anxiety so just wondered if this was an avenue worth exploring with my gp

I can completely relate. It is so frustrating. And not even just the lack of opportunity because of greasy skin and drowsiness, but also the way having scarred/weepy skin makes you feel, it has really driven a wedge between my wife and I at times.
