My son has been put on a MEWS diet. He is known wheat and gluten intolerance but now we are investigating soya eggs and mustard. he is fine with milk.

Does anyone have any tips for MEWS free recipes please as most gluten free breads and biscuits contain soya or eggs .

Have you phoned the hospital back if not too many months have passed they may see you, if not you are in your right to ask directly for the GP to refer you again. Good luck and please be strong to ask for what your child and family need.
