I drink a lot of water but the acne on my back and chest doesn't seem to disappear. My face acne is under control but it does make a surprise return now and then.

I just wish I knew what to do to get rid of it permanently.

A lot of acne medicines have risks. Instead of making medicines doctors need to figure out what triggers it.

According to embarrassing bodies chocolate, pizza and make up do not cause acne.
