In regard to my own question, here is what I have found out so far: I went to the local pharmacist who was shocked that I would put hydrocortisone on an eyelid. I'm new to the forum. Two weeks ago something that felt scaly and local formed on one eyelid. I was busy and didn't check much. There is a big flake of skin, like a scab.
