I have a mole on my left lower abdomen, it keeps becoming sore and very itchy. It then scabs over and stops for a few days. When it flares up it is painful and goes red and blotchy. Is this something I should go to my GP with. I also have a mole on my face that seems to be getting bigger and raised.

I keep getting very dry itchy parches of skin on my legs, belly, feet, and my arms. I have tried using moisturisers like E45 and creams like Diprovate, they seem to go for a few days then return worse than before.
