Exercising and sensitive skin
After I do exercise or a workout in the morning, my skin feels very sensitive and inflamed for the rest of the day – how can I manage this as I don’t want to stop exercising particularly in a lockdown!

Worried about it spreading
Hi - I have a small patch of vitiligo under my left knee which developed a year ago. Is there a way to tell if it will spread and how fast – are there any signs to look out for?
Many thanks
Diane

Natural Progesterone?

My friend suggested trying natural progesterone so was wondering if it would be effective in helping me with the symptom...

Always need to cover up
I always feel the need to cover up when venturing out into the world--as in, never wanting to take off my coat/jacket when in a building (not home), or needing to wear an outer layer like a trench coat, cardigan, or hoodie even when it is hot outside in the summer. I feel so bare and nervous without...

curing epilepsy
How far away do you think we are from finding a cure for epilepsy? I know there must be lots of research going into treatments etc at the moment so I was wondering if a cure is something that is likely to happen any time soon?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Chiropractor
Dear painintheneck
Any news on how your daughter's session with the chiropractor went? I'm still considering taking my daughter but since it's expensive I'd be interested to know what her experience has been like and whether it's been worth it.

Daughter with neck and back pain
I've just posted in the mental health forum under panic attacks. The reason I'm also posting in this forum is that my daughter suffers with neck and back pain and I think it's brought on by stress and worry. I took her to the doctor as when she moved her neck in a particular position it made an almi...

Sporadic panic attacks
Hello - I'm new here but keen to share my experience having read about this forum on Twitter. I've had a couple of panic attacks in my life and they've been quite frightening. Once was on a plane when we hit really bad turbulence and without warning I was gasping for air, hyperventilating, shaking a...
