I don't think it's one thing that you suffer from. I would suggest talking to a professional for help. Maybe take a look at therapy also. You are not alone. Talking about it (anonymously) helps a lot.

For me, specific 'letting go/grounding/getting more in touch with yourself' type of meditations really seem to help my brain and body relax. It improves my sleep too. I also like to spoil myself with a mask, a nice hot bath or shower and reading a book.
