Methotrexate
Hi I’ve been on Methotrexate for 7 months, along with Fexofenadine, Xyzal, Montelukast, Chlorphenamibe and came off Ranitidine last month because it’s no longer licensed. I also have Protopic, Eumovate and Diprobase creams. I have a mixture of contact allergies and dermatitis, CIU and eczema. Since ...

Urticaria
I’m on 720mg Fexofenadine, 20mg Xyzal, 300mg Ranitidine and 10mg Montelukast for Urticaria and allergies but still having constant break through rashes, hives and blisters. I’ve tried Xolair, light treatment and Ciclosporin to no avail. I’m on a restricted diet. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re: Diagnosed nickel allergy, please help me
I agree it’s a mine field, the process seems to be testing (after years of gp visits), diagnosis and then you are given handouts which you could have downloaded yourself of the internet. Re: Confused
I’ve since been told it’s non ige mediated allergies along with the skin/ contact allergies, still confused and wondering how to explain to work I can potentially have a reaction to anything? I’ve been told my body is on high alert ready to react. I’m getting rest, meditating and doing daily gentle ...

Re: Coconuts
I’m very ill with coconut products even someone wearing a coconut body lotion is enough to set me off. A mild smell of it triggers vomiting. This has been the case since I was young. I avoid any foods containing coconut oil or milk. I also have gastrointestinal issues with products containing palm o...

Re: Eating Out Paranoid
I totally understand- it feels like a mine field once you know how much you should avoid and realise your life’s in someone’s hands. I will be honest and say that for a while I curbed my socialising- especially after taking ill despite giving clear instructions to the waiting staff they still served...

Confused
I previously went via homeopathy and was given positive indicators regarding foods to avoid- I did take this with a pinch of salt. More recently I was tested positive via dermatology and skin patch tests for allergies to Balsam of Peru, Nickel and Cobalt. Through Dietitian and dermatology i was give...
