I recently lost a significant amount of weight (55 lbs) and I thought it would reduce my gynecomastia. However, it seems to have made it more noticeable. If I can't afford surgery is there an other effective way to treat my gynecomastia?

I am a 41 year old man that has been dealing with body acne and scarring on my neck, back, shoulders, chest and bottom since I was a teenager. I can't seem to get any solution that works for me.
