Ongoing pain from sciatica
I suffer from Sciatica due to herniated discs, how would you deal with this ongoing pain that often made it hard to lie still but in reverse you struggle to weight bear on one leg due to numb foot and hypersensitive electric type flashes up your leg.

Indent on my leg
I have had psoriasis on and off for many years now – and always seem to have a few ‘cooking’. However I have had one on my leg for a while and it looks like its making an indent on my leg – and I have never had this before. Can you advise please.
