Excellent reply from Dr Alexandroff. In addition to this excimer laser can be used for limited areas of psoriasis but it is not widely available even in the private sector. Pulsed dye laser can have some benefit as well. It is more widely available but less effective than excimer laser.

also a humectant like glycerol (3 parts) with 1 part rose water can also in babies and toddlers when other things irritate but its not as hydrating as the greasy mositurisers

Very good advice from Dr Mahto. Warm olive oil drops can also help soften the psorasis scale and reduce itch.

Excellent advice form Dr Mahto Also remember to create an environment that helps with reduce itch at night. Make sure the room is not overheated. great response. The other positive is that psoriasis can pass into remission for significant periods of time for no obvious reason.

Yes I agree-it sounds like the eczema is undertreated.
