Re: spotting and bloated mid cycle
It' probabaly related to ovulation - are you on any treatment that would supress ovualtion or supress the endometriosis such as the pill? If not - it might be worth trying If you are on the pill, it may be a matter of running the packs together or trying a different brand. Also - keep up to date wit...

Before another laparoscopy what about an MRI scan? it can show infiltrating and deep endometriosis
Also make sure that you come away with a clear understanding of the extent of your disease - did they take any photos at the time?

Re: Menopause symptoms whilst on HRT!
Why not try a different route of HRT?
Patches, gels etc are often better than tablets.
What about a Mirena IUS combined with estrogen patches? or indeed livial?
In the interim, please either stop the tablets altogether but try not to skip them as this may add to your symptoms......

Re: Progesterone pill alternative/weight gain/agnus castus
Hi You are quite right - a lot of your symptoms are due to the oral progesterone. A mirena would be a really low dose alternative and would treat the womb lining. It may work so perhaps try it at least? I don't think there is such a thing as progesterone deficiency by the way! Weight loss will reall...

Re: Lower abdominal pain
Although the ovary contains numerous cysts in PCOS, these are small and don't generally cause pain. On the left side rests the colon, and taking into account your toilet troubles it may mean that your bowel is the cause of your pain. You could try an anti-spasmodic like buscopan but referall to a ga...

Re: No Periods
you could still conceive yes, and without periods you might not know, so I would do a pregnancy test once a month to make sure. Having looked at the timescale yes it is probably OK to wait another three months, making it 6 months since the miscarriage, but no more than that
