Re: Eating disorder issues

I'm a binge eater I use to be slim when i was young. So, i didn't really care what I could eat as I would never get fat. But i'm growing up now and I see that if i keep eating like that i'm getting fatter and fatter. I hate it. Especially because i used to be very slim. So I'm sometimes doing diet ...

Depression and social media can have a complex relationship. On one hand, social media can provide a platform for individuals to connect and support each other, potentially reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation, which are common symptoms of depression. On the other hand, social media can al...

Re: Kissing with food allergies

advhccenter: you're right. Even the smallest amount of allergen will cause a violent reaction. If anyone reading this has any type of allergen, do make your partner avoid getting into contact with it. Basically, make sure if you're allergic to nuts - for example - be sure your partner avoids nuts th...

Re: Very frightening thoughts when trying to sleep...

I suffer terrible nightmares, yet still sleep at night. I have learnt to step away from my nightmares: I view them from afar. I know - deep down - they are only dreams and can't hurt me. Even at their most frightening, I am glad to be asleep.

Re: Depression and celebrities

Alcohol plays a great impact on health Agreed. I seldom drink alcohol because of this reason. To stay sane - and healthy - I won't drink heavily. Sure, a small amount of drink is fine: but not every day. Mental health can be badly affected by too much drink. I'd certainly advise anyone with depress...

Re: Mold allergy or toxicity?

You're allergic to the mold in your home. You MUST have a professional come in and remove it. If it is as bad as you say, you need to deal with it immediately. This mold carrie spores: these spores go into your lungs and make you sick. I'd advise staying with a friend for the time being: and - again...

Re: Full body rash

My good friend got a rash all over her body recently: thankfully it has virtually cleared up. She doesn't know what caused it: she hadn't changed her shampoo or shower gel. She hadn't changed her washing detergent. It was a fluke out of the blue. She used E45 cream to treat the rash, which worked. H...

Re: Medical Cannabis

I don't know what research says about medical cannabis but it took a long time for it to be made a legal drug. People have been using it for years to aid their health. As long as it is used correctly, I am sure they made it legal for good reason.
