For me, to loose weight, diet is isn’t enough. You have to engage yourselves in physical activities. Having an inspiration also boosts my eagerness and self-motivation. Moreover, the choices I make reflects the results on my body.

just don't lose hope. Swap white for brown, like bread,pasta, rice and etc. No sugar but you can use honey as sweetener. Drinking tea is also good.

Yeah. Tea is one factor for losing weight. It has natural compounds that could increased energy expenditure and fat oxidation, which resulted in weight loss and helped maintain a healthy body weight. :)
