Re: How to lose weight quickly.

You've got great scientific knowledge GCUBE369. Is there is a way to simplify your advice into easier language? To be honest, I am not that skilled at science and feel there could be a way for your advice to be easier to understand. Trying to understand complicated scientific language isn't easy for...

Re: How to lose weight quickly.

I realize this is an old thread, but losing weight should be done sensibly and with care. Definitely DO NOT use laxatives: they give you bowel problems. Too many laxatives will make someone very sick. The only way to lose weight is the "boring" way: cutting out the sweet treats and doing e...

Re: Fatigue and pain

I have been suffering fatigue and pain myself in my left thigh. I sat on the bed wrongly and pulled a muscle: it really hurt. I dealt with it by doing gentle walking and resting. I just needed to pull my muscle back into position gently. It hurt because it had gone into the wrong position. Because o...

Re: a month of cold like symptoms won't go away help

Your symptoms remind me of hayfever: but I know you don't have hayfever. I think your body is allergic to something, in the way that pollen causes a runny rose and cold-like symptoms in hayfever. Perhaps there is something similar to pollen in your body - although NOT pollen. I realize I am coming o...

Re: how to improve your mental health?

I help my mental health by having a structured routine: going to bed at the same time every night. Getting up every morning at the same time. Having dinner at the same time: you get the gist. I also socialize with people [within reason because of lockdown]. I telephone friends, I talk about how I'm ...

Re: Health benefits of cannabis

There is a great deal of health benefits by using cannabis under medical supervision. It isn't a case of going to your local dealer and smoking it. I write this because the health profession now agree that cannabis helps medical conditions when used properly and correctly.

An important post.

Re: Snorrng

To point out the obvious: snoring is a breathing issue. If you want to stop snoring, you need to be able to breathe properly and fully when in bed. This sounds nuts: why wouldn't you want to breathe properly in bed? Basically, you can buy breathing aids online for controlling the snoring. These aids...

Re: Recovering from toe injury - schedule

Have you thought of banaging up your toe yourself? You could buy some thick bandage and wind it around your toe and part of your foot. Also, think about the footwear you're wearing when going out walking. Perhaps only wearing trainers would work: even when just popping out for 5 minutes? I do hope I...

Re: Help with unknown skin condition

For some reason, your condition sounds like ringworm. Do you work with animals or have had any contact with farm animals? Of course, I could be completely wrong but I think you've got something very nasty. If you haven't been in contact with animals, is there any bath product you've started using? I...

Re: what is anxiety and what is the solution of it

Anxiety is still a problem for me: and it doesn't help I've got another medical condition. I see the doctor every 3 months for a medical review and I have been prescribed Citalopram. The medication does help, but I also have to help myself. I shall be doing this by facing my fears. However, it is NO...
