Managing chronic pain
Hi. I have daily migraines that have got worse over time. What are your tips for managing related stress? E.g. Thoughts of 'why me?'; 'how will i cope if it gets worse?'; how can I accept and minimise psychological impact of pain? Thanks.

Chronic pain & mental health
Hi. What tips do you have for coping with long term chronic pain (migraines) and associated anxiety (and depression)? My local NHS trust does not provide a pain management programme for chronic migraine.

Hair treatments
Hi. I use Nanogen shampoo that contains 'growth factors', which seems to help my hair loss. I also have a bottle of Alpecin Caffeine Liquid for massaging daily into the scalp. I've not tried this yet; do you think it's worth trying in conjunction with the shampoo?

Hi. Just from experience, I have found microdermabrasion helped my skin to keep clearer. I would recommend 'medical grade' treatments as they work deeper. It is quite expensive though.

I've recently noticed a slight (urge) incontinence problem. I've a feeling this is linked to doing less exercise, e.g. Sit-ups, due to illness. Are there some exercises you can recommend?

Help for osteoarthritis
I have had osteoarthritis in my knee following an injury. It seems to have been helped following a recent operation, and also use of high dose feverfew for my migraines (which acts as a painkiller i guess).
