Mild IBS diagnosed. ?
I have been told by my functional medicine practitioner that I have mild IBS. He's not too concerned. And I don't feel that I have symptoms as such. Do you think I need to do anything?

Rash won't go away
I have a small, dry, reddish brown patch of skin on my lower back that won't go away completely. Its not itchy but is frustrating. My GP couldn't diagnose it but suggested Hydrocortisone 1% cream which has helped, but its still faintly there. Do you know what it is / will it come back again? I keep ...
