I would use whichever moisturiser is currntly being used, to protect the skin, water and chemicals affect everyone differently, shower after and re apply creams as soon as possible. Swimming is off limits to my son when his eczema is out of control. Hope you find something to work for you.

This sounds simple and effective. I think I may try on a small patch on my son, as with any cream or ointment I always do a patch test first. Bitter experience has thought me not to apply knew products all over!

I wish it was as easy as finding an allergy, my son has had multiple blood tests, skin prick tests, patch tests with and without UVlight exposure. With no results results of anything to avoid eating or applying topically. But at least we know they are all ok, it is great to know we are not making ma...

The wet wraps my children use come in preformed garments, so the leggings that fit snug as tights would help the area your struggling with. I have found my daughter suffers there too if I do not use top brand toilet paper. I assume you check regular for worms another issue with constant scratching

I am a mum of 2 kids both with eczema. I totally understand your despair of night times. My children benefit from taking ice packs to bed wrapped in a pillow case.
