I just recently tried SebaMed products, shea butter, and tea tree oil. All work with me. Not totally free of eczema yet but at least it doesn't flare up lately.

Let me try these and hopefully I would be able to lose some pounds.

Obesity is also caused by unhealthy lifestyle. Even if you work hard and get tired, you also have the tendency to get fat. Example, you came from work, ate a lot and sleep immediately. You don't get a chance to burn all the calories you ate and you'll end up gaining weight.

How would you determine if it is psoriasis or eczema? I just know that both are very itchy.

Stay away from salty food, instant noodles, chips and other junk food. Drink 8 glasses of water and add cranberry or buco juice to your regular liquid in-take. I was also once in that situation and drinking a lot of water really helped me.

It's not actually a treatment but it really helps prevent dry and itchy skin. It also eases the itchiness whenever eczema is active.

Sorry about the accident, did you get a CT scan or MRI? it is important to perform these 2 when you had a head injury

avoid using your phone when you are already in bed, if you need it as alarm then place in on your bedside table

I think you got bitten by an insect of some sort, do not touch it and let a doctor check it out to avoid infection
