Simple answer is yes it does, it's unlikely the ovaries would get stuck for any other reason.

I agree with the plan for hysteroscopy and polyp removal, but there certainly won't be any tissue left over from your pregnancy 3 years ago! Probably is normal, but I'd get a smear and swab done to reassure yourself.

Perhaps they plan to perform a 'second-look' laparoscopy after the course of injections? An MRI scan may also help assess the level of disease.

The dose of progesterone is very low so I would get your GP to refer you for cardiology investigations for the palpitations.

You can still get endometriosis and FIBROMAS after hysterectomy, but a more likely cause of your pain would be adhesions from your endometriosis and surgery.

Another possibility is pelvic venous congestion. Your hormonal options are limited by your history of pulmonary embolus. However, I'd persevere withe the Mirena and if you are unhappy you could as to be referred back or for a second opinion.

This could be a normal hymen, but why not let your GP have a look and perhaps if you need help they can refer you to a gynaecologist. The treatment is very easy.
