Trigger for Lichen Scelerosus
There is no history of autoimmune disorders in my family so could my LS have been triggered by overgranulation and trauma of Fenton’s procedure that left further scarring? Thank you - Eileen

Skin break down with sores and itchy
I seem to get less than 5 weeks into my treatment (Dermovate nightly 4 weeks then every other night) before my skin 'breaks down' purple/red and looks like sores and just as itchy. Should I continue to use Dermovate now or wait for the skin to heal a little? Is it ok to put Hydromol ointment & V...

Clitoral atrophy how to treat
How do you treat clitoral atrophy? Is it related to lichen sclerosis?
My clitoris became flat (not fused) and less sensitive to stimulation. I was using estrogen, but it became even worse.
thanks - Yul

Steroid and thinning of the vulva
I am undergoing a trial of the strong steroid ointment as my GP thinks I may have LS. My concern is that if it’s not LS and I am applying a strong steroid might this cause thinning of the vulva? Thank you.
