my sweats are normally around the neck area. I have found that using a gel pet pad (available from B&M for £5) which I put my neck on helps control the length of time I have the sweats. For some reason they never reach my feet which are always cold. I have a wool mattress cover.

The shoes I currently have, have really given me pain relief from my year long battle with arthritis. They are so comfortable and really helps my planter fasciitis. I am able to walk now even long distances without much pain. Will definitely be buying another pair from orthofeet! I would recommend ...

I have arthritis in my hands already and they can click and lock in position which can be painful, especially wheni am struggling into my lymphoedema stocking.
