I share the same thoughts regarding keeping track of my sleep, however it is impossible  to maintain because of stress and demanding work.

It takes time and effort to lose weight; there is no quick fix. Start out slowly and eat more protein-rich foods while cutting back on carbs. Calculate weekly changes; this is very helpful in producing a favourable outcome.

Eating nutrient-dense foods, reading, dancing, listening to motivational speeches, meditating and following all good activities. I find that this is quite helpful. I always make an effort to think positively.
