What could be causing this?
On behalf of Sarah: I have been getting really bad gas lately but i can't put my finger on what could be causing it. It doesn't seem to be caused by any one food or anything. I've tried cutting out bread and to an extent dairy but it will still happen. Could it be down to rich foods? What can i do t...

What could it be? IBS or Bowel
On behalf of Sandra: I seem to be bloated a lot of the time but it is hard to understand what actually causes it – sometimes it happens just after drinking water. Other times it seems to be after eating sugary foods – but there seems no general pattern. The bloating I have makes my stomach drum tigh...

Is rosacea hereditary?
Guest post from talkhealth community
My mum and my nan both have red cheeks and visible veins. I think they have rosacea although they haven't been diagnosed with it. I wonder if it's hereditary at all? I am 23 at the moment but I don't think I have any symptoms.
Thank you

Could this be IBS?
On behalf of a guest member:
I have very loose stools and at the moment have 3-4 movements per day with most of these following after I’ve eaten. Once I’ve been I don’t feel that my bowel is completely empty. I know this can’t be right so would it be IBS or something more serious? Thank you, Peter

Cervical smear
On behalf of a talkhealth member: I've recently been called for my cervical smear. I have gone through the menopause and when I went for my last one 3 years ago they struggled to do it as I was very dry down below. Is there anything I can do prior to the next smear to make it easier to have done? Th...
