My brother is 13 and he had the same thing thing that happened to him but he went to the doctor and the doctor said that is is some type of rash and we found out it was from the new soap that we used for are laundry.

You can fix this. Don't distress too much. Though you need to see a Physicist preferably or at least a highly referred physical therapist or kinesiologist.
