Hello Liz - I've not heard anything about this at all but it is really interesting. I can see your post was made some time ago - did you have the retainer removed and have things improved. It would be really good to know.

AliceW - you're very brave by the sounds of it. My daughter also had allergies - mainly it was to eggs. But it is worrying that there are so many potential things that people can be allergic to - I hope things get better for you.

Hello - where would I find out more about SILT as it sounds really interesting - shame this wasn't mentioned when the hay fever expert forum was running as I'm sure the experts would have been able to tell us more about how this treatment works.
