Re: What's the difference between depression and boredom?

Boredom and depression might seem similar because both can make you feel uninterested in activities. However, boredom is temporary and can be resolved by finding something engaging. Depression is deeper, causing prolonged lack of interest, aversion, and inability to perform daily tasks. Unlike bore...

Re: ADHD in Children - How parents can support their children?

Another option is for the child to go to a MENCAP social group when they're older. There are a lot of children with ADHD. There are also places where children can go as children and socialize with other kids who've got difficulties. Do ask your local Council or even Google your area for such groups....

Re: How to Reduce weight

To lose weight, I found that adding protein to my diet really helped. It boosts metabolism and keeps me feeling full. Eating whole, single-ingredient foods also made a big difference. These foods are filling and nutritious, which helped me stay within my calorie limits naturally. A high-protein bre...

Re: Ear Infection or something else??

I had ear infections as a child which led to Glue Ear. I ended up having to have grommets fitted. But even today people have to speak fairly loudly and clearly for me to understand them. I went deaf at around five to six years old. I remember having ear tests, where they'd play a sharp sound at vari...

Re: Why do I feel bad when eating certain foods?

Some foods might be harder to digest, leading to bloating, gas, or discomfort. High-fat foods, spicy foods, and certain vegetables like broccoli or cabbage can be culprits. This is true. I'd certainly keep a food diary with all your symptoms. Get to know your food and how it affects you. It'll take...

Re: Emotional Intelligence vs Intellectual Intelligence

Can a person who's intellectually super-smart be an emotional dunce? If they can, they will be less respected than someone who is not so intellectual. HOWEVER, a person can be both intellectually AND emotionally smart. The two aren't separate. I am far more emotionally smart than being a facts and f...

Re: Help with unpleasant tingling in arms and hands

I often get tingling in my feet and hands. At night, my feet get electric shocks and it's very uncomfortable. I get tingling in my hands when holding a knife and fork. Both are unpleasant, but they pass. Still, it is as it is.

Turmeric.
Evening primrose oil.
Flax seed.
Tea tree oil.
Echinacea.
Grapeseed extract.
Lavender.
Chamomile.
How would you apply the use of these ingredients? Tablets? Essential oil applications? Herbal teas?

I'd be interested to know what the processes are.
